Wire mesh is fixed on a stainless steel ring with proper tension by means of a special jig and fixture arrangement to achieve maximum screening efficiency and mesh life
Coarse mesh is provided beneath fine meshes to give proper support and reinforcement to the fine mesh
In case there is a heavy load on the screen (Via, solid liquid separation) center tensioning bolt is provided to hold screen in proper tension
Special heavy duty imported cylindrical and roller bearings are used in the motor for longer running life
Motor is double flange mounted
Winding of motor is done with thicker copper wire to withstand any minute fluctuations in current
Specially designed round cross section springs are provided for better vibration and operating efficiency
Oil seals are provided in the motor to prevent any water or dust from going inside the motor

Ball Tray
Anti
blinding Ball Tray Arrangement,
comprising of a coarser mesh beneath
the sizing mesh on which a sufficient
number of elastomer or polymer
balls are placed to continuously
tap the sizing screen. Continuous
tapping dislodges the clogged
particles from the sizing screen.
Balls made of special material
are also offered for the Food
Industry.
Ring Tray
Ring
Tray prevents screen blinding
and stapling of the mesh. The
action of the vibration causes
sharp-edged sliding cylinders
to scrape the underside of the
screen, cutting off dangling fibrous
material as well as freeing near-size
material lodged in the openings.
By reducing blinding the Ring
Tray improves dry sizing and solid
/ liquid separation rates.
Feed Tray
It
is used when machines with more
than one screen level are supplied.
It is provided below the upper
screens so that material is centrally
fed from the top screen to the
bottom screen. This controlled
feeding increases the efficiency
of separation due to improved
mesh usage.
Dust Cover
The
dust cover assembly comprises
of a cover, packing ring with
gasket and V-clamp set. As standard
it has one or two inspection windows
and one centre opening for material
feed to the machine.
Rotating Brushes
The
Rotating Brush mechanism is a
cleaner utilised to clean the
top side of the mesh to prevent
blinding of the screen by fibers,
pitch etc. Rotating Brushes can
be equipped with Neoprene wiper
blades or brushes. The entire
mechanism is actuated and controlled
by the vibration of the Vibro
Screen, without the need for a
separate drive mechanism.
Velocity Breaker
A
Velocity Breaker is a device normally
attached to the Dust cover or
Feed Hopper. It helps to reduce
the velocity of the flow of liquid
or powder material entering the
Vibro Screen. This improves the
life of the Wire mesh and also
helps to improve screening effectiveness
and efficiency.
Recycle Deck Arrangement
In
a number of applications it is
found that in order to try and
achieve higher production rates
more material is dumped on the
Vibro Screen. As the mesh becomes
flooded, this reduces screening
efficiency. The Recycled type
Vibro screen deck arrangement
overcomes this problem. In the
system, oversized materials are
discharged from the top deck and
are rescreened with the same size
wire mesh, thus achieving higher
efficiency and higher production
rate in a single unit at minimal
extra cost without the need for
additional floor space.
