Changing the screen cloth (wire mesh) at machine user's sites has always been a difficult task for maintenance people. The skill required to achieve proper mesh tension is difficult to obtain without costly specialized equipment. The  time taken to replace worn out meshes, remove the glue, fix a new mesh, apply glue and then grind it before it can be  put in use is so high that the overall down time increases for the vibro separator if a spare screen frame is not available.

GALAXY SIVTEK has developed the solution for this problem. The new design Sandwich Screen Ring does not require any glue and also requires very little training to acquire the skill for changing the mesh. The best advantage of this design is that very little time is required to replace a damaged screen cloth. This design allows this to be done  without any special tools or fixtures. After training any semi-skilled operator can replace the damaged screen in a very short time with the required tension of the mesh cloth.
