The Sanitary SIVTEK is designed to outperform conventional Mechanical Sifters used in the Pharmaceutical Industry. It can give more than double the throughput as when compared to conventional Sifters. The design ensures leak proof operation. |

Material flow pattern on the screen can be adjusted by adjusting the Centrifugal Force and lead angle of the eccentric masses of the motor. This allows control of the screening time for product on the screen resulting in higher efficiency. |

In certain applications where DIP motors are required in hazardous zones, the Sanitary SIVTEK Vibro Separators are offered with ATEX Approved Motors for most of the gas groups. |
