OUR PNEUMATIC ROTO SIFTER IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE PRODUCT QUALITY

The Galaxy Sivtek Pneumatic Roto Sifter® is a new Pneumatic powered sifter capable of screening with ultra-high-capacity, de-agglomerate, and screens bulk materials in-line with dilute-phase pneumatic conveying systems at ultra-high rates. The simple design and lightweight parts of the roto sifter make standard inspections an easy and straightforward process, bulk raw materials, blends, and finished products need scalping or sifting to remove foreign materials or particles such as plastics, strings, insects, etc.

A paddle assembly rotates at high speed inside a stationary cylindrical screen and the material passes through the static screen by centrifugal action. The waste material is ejected toward the outlet located at the end of the screen basket. Our centrifugal sieves guarantee high sanitation standards and maintain the quality of the handled materials.

Designed to Produce High-Quality Products

The fine particles pass through the sieve, the bigger, coarser particles fall over the end of the sieve screen and are separated from the product. The centrifugal sieve pushes material entering the unit against the screen jacket while simultaneously conveying it slowly toward the outlet, thereby disintegrating even smaller lumps. This results in exceptionally clean, high-quality products.

Working:

Rated up to 400mm Hg vacuum (negative pressure), it delivers the capacity of one independent high-output sifters, in less floor space. A feed splitter evenly divides the flow of incoming material into a horizontally oriented cylindrical screening chamber. A shaft within screening chamber rotates a helical paddle assembly that accelerates the radial movement of particles and soft agglomerates against and through the screen. On-size particles pass through apertures in the screens and discharge through a cone-shaped chute, while oversize particles are ejected via an automatic delivery system.

The one main advantage is that it is powered by the standard motor instead of vibrating motor, which makes the installation of the machine directly pipe to pipe inside any plant & due to the standard motor, power consumption is also very low. Also, the noise level of this rotary sifter is less than 80DB which is very low compared to other conventional vibro sifters.

QUALITY CONSTRUCTION.

A new direct drive increases the machine uptime by eliminating the need transfer material automatically. Our centrifugal sieve or rotary sifter enables the separation of foreign objects from powders and granulates.
