Job Overview:

We seek a results-driven Business Development to expand our market presence, acquire strategic clients, and foster long-term partnerships. You will leverage technical expertise and sales acumen to identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and contribute to our mission of engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with key clients through regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and client success initiatives. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding client operational needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with sales, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Untapped Market.

Prospect and acquire new clients in untapped markets. Conduct cold calls, emails, and site visits. Develop territory-specific strategies.

Market & Industry Research

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to identify growth opportunities by identifying and developing new industry and applications. 

Conduct product trials, technical assessments, and ROI analyses to align solutions with client needs. Share insights with R&D and marketing teams to refine product offerings and messaging. 

Sales & Business Development

Prepare and present business proposals and technical solutions. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term customers.

Long-term Relationship Management

Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare regular reports on business development progress. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of capital equipment (e.g., sieving, filtration systems).
  • Sales Tools: CRM software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, 
  • Soft Skills: Negotiation, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
