Requirement & Challenges
A customer from food industry was facing problem of ample of contamination in sooji flour, which was their main product. In order to eliminate this issue they used to remove this manually. So this resulted in increase in costing due to manpower and lower production rate due to manual intervention.
Solution
Customer met us at food exhibition in which Galaxy Sivtek participated. The challenge of driving down manpower and getting contamination free product was given to Galaxy Sivtek so as to improve product quality. Customer explained their problem and gave a sample of 1 kg to perform trial. Our application engineer after conducting trial ensured that all of the issues can be resolved with GS 40. They recommended taking GS 40 double deck machine with mesh #20 and #50 to achieve required output with proper separation.
Results
By accepting the suggestion from Galaxy Sivtek, our customer now gets two separations with required output, efficiency and reduced cost. Customer is now free from manual process and improved product quality with Galaxy Sivtek machine.
