I am delighted to share with you that despite the challenging and uncertain market trends in 2022-2023, we have achieved remarkable success in expanding our market outreach, client base, and product portfolio. This would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication, resilience, and hard work of our amazing team. Each one of you has played a vital role in this incredible achievement, and I am grateful for your commitment to excellence.

As a company, we have been facing challenges, but we have emerged stronger each time. We remain determined to overcome the current challenges we face, including higher input material costs, and continue to grow.

We are committed for providing our current workforce, the best mentoring and career development opportunities. We also take our social responsibility seriously and continue to support regular CSR activities. We are aiming for environment-friendly manufacturing with green energy initiatives.

During the previous year, we achieved a lot of significant milestones such as introducing new products, expanding our market reach, and creating new solutions that have revolutionized our industry. We have transitioned into the digital era by implementing industry 4.0 standards with our iSivtek™ technology and have undertaken several infrastructure projects. Furthermore, we established the West Technical Centre in Mumbai, which is now operational. Also, we expanded our virtual presence to three different nations, namely the Philippines, South Africa, and Indonesia. All these achievements were made with the utmost integrity, honesty, and a strong dedication to excellence.
