Galaxy Sivtek Contributed in Making World’s Largest Mud Pie Cake for Guinness World Record

Galaxy Sivtek receives Guinness World Record certificate for being major contributor towards making of world’s largest mud pie cake by well-known chefs like Varun Inamdar & team.

Galaxy Sivtek received Guinness World Records Official Participant Certificate for participating & contributing in making largest mud pie cake weighing 1345 Kgs at F&B Pro world expo organized by Trinity Group at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, Nr. Panaji, Goa on 3rd of August 2018.

We had participated in the exhibition last year & we were displaying our unique Sieving & filtering solution for Food & Beverage industry.

The event of making largest Mud Pie was held during that same edition of F&B Pro World Expo 2018.

One of the members from organizer side (Trinity Group) visited our stand & inquire about our sieving machine. The member wanted to know if our Sieving machine could be of any help in making the largest mud pie.

Our Sales Head & Product expert Mr. Kalpesh Shah explained how our Sieving & Screening machines can help in achieving high quality products for numerous food & beverage applications including bakery applications.

As we (Galaxy Sivtek) had participated in the exhibition, we decided to participate & contribute in making the largest Mud Pie cake.

Having supplied many Vibro Separators for screening wheat flour in the bakery industry for various applications, we decided to provide our Sivtek® Vibro Separator

(Displayed at Expo) for screening raw materials used in the making of largest mud pie cake by Chef Varun Inamdar, Chef Prasad Paul, Chef Sunit Sharma & Trinity Group. All the chefs & members were happy with the performance of the Vibro Separator. The requirement was to sieve raw material precisely ensuring raw material was lumped & contaminated free for making a mud pie.
