The material can be picked automatically through a feeding hopper or by an operator using a suction wand and transferred to an enclosed vibrating inline sieve. Oversize and undersize particles are separated through a desired fine mesh. Accurate sieving results are obtained using the Galaxy Sivtek make Vacuum vibrating sieve.
Vacuum SIVTEK works best with Vacuum transmission equipment as it provides sieving in closed environment. The vibrating sieve removes any unwanted impurities or oversize percent present in the material. Vacuum SIVTEK gives higher efficiency with higher throughput rates as compared to other conventional vacuum sieves.
Undersized particles are then transported to a bulk material receiver in the same vacuum environment. The receiving hopper collects the material and releases it through a butterfly valve at a scheduled time. It also consists of a filter cloth that filters the air from the material fed. The filter removes air from top of the receiver and keeps the material below the filter cloth. Air strokes are blown at a certain time to clean the filter cloth.
The whole unit is controlled by a vacuum control station, where vacuum opening and closing valves are controlled. Filter strokes, timing for opening and closing of butterfly valves are also provided within the control unit.
