Grading refined sugar with Galaxy Sivtek’s Linea Sivtek the horizontal vibrating screen

The machine has a bead blast finish for the contact and non-contact parts moreover, it has 3 levels of gradation separating the sugar crystal in different sizes.

The horizontal vibrating screen has a unique feature, the speed of the entire machine can be increased and decreased by 2 methods, first is the machine, and the angle of the machine can be increased and decreased depending upon the desired speed of the material flow. The second adjustment that can be made is in the vibration motor lead angle, which would increase or decrease the speed of the material flow on the screen.
