The paint, ink and coating industry have one main process at the time of manufacturing the product called as dispersion. While creating the product you need to mix the oil mixed paste, pigments, resins additives and some other raw materials. In the end, the paste is filled into high-speed dispersion mill to unify them into the solvent form and finally get a fine quality outcome.
To achieve final product, we need to pass dispersion system which needs grinding media. To get the actual particle size you need continuously rotate the grinding media (stainless steel balls). By doing this continuous operation grinding media size getting decrees which obliviously affect the final products capacity and quality.
